At AllTradeTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting AllTradeTech customer service.
Return Process:
Contact AllTradeTech customer service to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
AllTradeTech will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA number on the return label.
Ship the item(s) back to AllTradeTech using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, AllTradeTech will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Policy:
